It's distressed with white, yellow ochre, and gold acrylic paint. It also has a small hole punched into it, at the bottom. I painted in this shirt a couple times in the early 2000s. About 20 years ago I was made aware of how rare it was. It was cleaned and put in storage with a collection of other concert clothing and similar memorabilia. Please refer to the pics for condition.

This super rare Alice in Chains shirt from the 1995/1996 tour, it printed on a heavy Fruit of The Loom Shirt. It comes from my personal collection.
