By using popprolific.com, you agree to the following terms. This site is operated from Brooklyn, NY, and all transactions are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
Product Nature & Condition
- Custom Works: Custom action figures and sculptures are handmade works of art. Slight variations in color, texture, and finish are inherent to the process. These are intended for adult collectors for display purposes and are not toys for children.
- Vintage Goods: All vintage apparel and toys are sold in "as-is" condition. We strive to document significant wear, but by purchasing, you accept the aged character of the item.
- All Sales Final: Due to the unique and limited nature of our inventory, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
Shipping & Delivery
- Domestic (USA): We offer flat-rate or free shipping within the US. Once an item is handed over to the carrier, Pop Prolific is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or theft.
- Signature Required: To ensure safe arrival, all orders totaling $180 or more will require a signature upon delivery.
- International Orders: Flat-rate international shipping covers postage only. The buyer (Importer of Record) is solely responsible for all customs duties, VAT, or brokerage fees levied by their country. We will not mark items as "Gift" or undervalue them on customs forms.
Intellectual Property
All designs, sculptures, photography, and digital assets are the property of Pop Prolific. Purchase of a physical piece does not grant the right to replicate, mold, cast, or 3D scan the work for commercial or personal redistribution.

We value your privacy as much as we value our craft.
Data Collection
We collect the information you provide at checkout (Name, Address, Email) to fulfill your order. We do not see or store your credit card information; all payments are securely processed via third-party gateways (Stripe/PayPal).
